Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Shipments are
dispatched via international express courier services (UPS Express Saver or equivalent).
Estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 business days depending on the destination country.
However, delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control,
including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions, logistical
disruptions, technical issues, or force majeure events.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Customs Duties and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and related charges. These
costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy
All products are handcrafted and unique. Nevertheless, customer satisfaction remains our priority.
– In case of damage during transit, the customer must contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing
clear photographic evidence.
– Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
– Returns are not accepted for used or altered products.
Return Procedure
Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us. Refunds will be processed within
3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
